AutoScan™ 1000: Advanced Digital Inspection Workstation for Medium-Sized Parts
The AutoScan™ 1000 series is designed for 3D inspection of medium-sized parts (up to 1000 mm), offering a fully integrated solution for automated measurement and digital inspection. Its modular architecture enables rapid workpiece changeovers and scalable upgrades, available in models 1110 and 1120 for both in-line and off-line applications.
The 1120 model stands out with Dual-Zone Measurement, allowing the robot to switch between two independent work zones for parallel operations, improving production throughput. Integrated with MES systems, it provides closed-loop management—automated data capture, real-time analysis, and instant CAD-based reporting. This ensures precise quality control, reduces scrap rates, and delivers consistent manufacturing quality throughout the production cycle.
