AutoScan™ 5000: Full-Domain Measurement for Ultra-Large Structural Components
The AutoScan™ 5000 series is designed for large, highly complex structural components up to 5000 mm. Utilizing a combination of robots, rotary tables, and linear tracks, it offers four standardized models—5110, 5120, 5210, and 5230—to meet diverse measurement cycle and layout requirements for large vehicle bodies and frames.
The system addresses key challenges in ultra-large component inspection, overcoming coverage gaps and handling difficulties, while its long-stroke scanning capability ensures precise reconstruction of fine features such as holes, bolts, and edges, safeguarding the overall quality of vehicle manufacturing.
